As you probably remember, tomorrow is an important milestone for the entire world of digital marketing. Yes, we mean that May 25th is the date when the General Data Protection Regulation finally comes into full force. The team of our ad network would like to make a couple of statements in this respect.

First of all, our attitude to the issue of privacy and data protection on the one hand and transparency on the other hand has always been as serious as possible. We never experienced any sort of data breaches and leaks. And we believe that Galaksion will never face such problems.

Secondly, the principles reaffirmed and promoted by the GDPR have always been our guidelines. That is to say, we collect only the data that is really necessary for serving ads. We store it in a manner that is simultaneously reliable and efficient. We restrict access to it only to those who have assumed an obligation to protect it. We regularly delete the data that is not needed any more. Finally, any of our customers can terminate our cooperation at any moment by simply informing us.

Thirdly, we have already taken all the necessary measures needed to meet the formal requirements set by the GDPR. We do not expect any problems.

At the same time, we urge our customers and partners to check for changes and update their consent. If you do not update your consent in time, your accounts will be temporary suspended and eventually deleted. Thus, if you do not want to deal with any interruptions and obstacles regarding your monetization efforts, check your mailboxes.
